What to have ready
Have your current prescription ready when you complete the intake form, so the clinician can see your current medication and dose. Share your treatment preference in the form too. Don’t send your prescription or health details to the Support team by chat or email; they belong in the intake form.
What the clinician decides
GenMeds offers Wegovy (pen and pill), Zepbound (KwikPen and vial) and Foundayo. The clinician reviews your intake form, typically within 1–2 business days, and decides whether treatment is appropriate and, if so, which medication and dose to prescribe. That may be your current dose or a different one. If the clinician writes a prescription, GenMeds emails you and sends an in-app message with your next step.
Questions about your dose go to your clinician, not the Support team: once your intake form has been reviewed, reply to the most recent message about your prescription in the chat on your Dashboard. For anything about the process, message the Support team from your Dashboard.
