The GenMeds Risk Assessment is the first step with GenMeds. It uses the information you provide to give you an estimate of your health risk, and based on your results it may guide you to the cholesterol management or weight loss intake form.
What your results mean
Your results are an estimate based on the information you gave, not a diagnosis. They don’t decide whether you’re eligible for treatment. Only the clinician can decide that, after reviewing your intake form.
If you’d like to talk through what your results mean for you, go over them with your own doctor. You can also start an intake form so the clinician can review your information.
What to do next
If you’d like to explore treatment, start the cholesterol management or weight loss intake form from your Dashboard. You can complete one intake form at a time. The clinician typically reviews an intake form within 1–2 business days.
