If you’d like to explore treatment, the next step is an intake form, which you start from your Dashboard. You don’t have to decide right away: you can come back and start it whenever you’re ready.
Start an intake form
From your Dashboard, start the cholesterol management or weight loss intake form. You can complete one intake form at a time. If you want both treatments, the second form follows once the first is complete.
When you submit the form, you sign up and pay for the GenMeds Membership, which gives you access to clinician review, prescriptions and clinician support. The membership fee doesn’t include medication.
The clinician reviews your intake form, typically within 1–2 business days, and decides whether treatment is appropriate for you. If it is, the clinician writes your prescription, and GenMeds emails you and sends an in-app message with your next step.
