Will I be charged for my account or the Risk Assessment, and when am I charged?

You pay when you submit an intake form. That’s when you sign up for the GenMeds Membership, and the fee is charged then and monthly after that.

The membership fee is $19 a month. It gives you access to clinician review, a prescription when treatment is appropriate, and clinician support for cholesterol management or weight loss treatment. Medication isn’t included: if the clinician prescribes a medication, you buy it directly from the pharmacy.

The fee is nonrefundable. If the clinician decides treatment isn’t appropriate for you, you can cancel at any time so you aren’t charged again, and your access continues to the end of the month you’ve paid for.
