The clinician’s message in your Dashboard explains the decision. Treatment through GenMeds isn’t approved when the clinician reviews your intake form and decides that treatment isn’t appropriate for you, based on your health information.
This can happen for many reasons, including your medical history, current medications, treatment goals or safety considerations.
What happens next
If treatment isn’t appropriate through GenMeds, the clinician may recommend that you follow up with your own doctor or another healthcare professional.
If you have a question about the decision, reply to the clinician’s message in the chat on your Dashboard. The Support team can’t change or explain a clinical decision.
The GenMeds Membership fee
The fee is charged when you submit the intake form and is nonrefundable, so it isn’t refunded if treatment isn’t approved. If you cancel the membership, no further charge is taken and you keep access until the end of the month you’ve paid for. You can cancel from your Dashboard, or message the Support team and we’ll help. For other questions about your membership, message the Support team from your Dashboard.
