Your pharmacy knows where your medication is. The pharmacy fills your prescription, ships it or gets it ready for pickup, and sends the tracking and pickup updates. GenMeds doesn’t ship or deliver medication, so the pharmacy is the first place to check.
Which pharmacy has your prescription
Wegovy: NovoCare Pharmacy, 1-888-809-3942 (Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm Eastern), unless you switched to pickup at a local pharmacy.
Zepbound and Foundayo: LillyDirect, 1-844-559-3471, including pickup at a participating Walmart pharmacy.
Repatha: Amazon Pharmacy, using the contact details in its message to you.
A few things to check first
Have you received the email and in-app message from GenMeds with your next step? Check your email, including spam or junk, and your Dashboard.
Has the pharmacy contacted you to set up your account and payment? That usually happens within about 2 business days of your prescription.
Did you choose delivery or pickup?
If you chose delivery, which address did you give the pharmacy?
Have you had any updates from the pharmacy?
Contact the pharmacy about your order
For tracking, a delivery update or a shipment that hasn’t arrived, contact the pharmacy that filled your prescription. The pharmacy can check on your order and tell you what happens next, including when tracking says delivered but you don’t have it.
If you can’t reach the pharmacy
Message the Support team from your Dashboard and we’ll help you with the next step. Message us too if your Dashboard isn’t showing what you expect, or you’re not sure who to ask.
