It depends on what you paid for. The GenMeds Membership fee is handled by GenMeds, and medication payments are handled by the pharmacy you bought from.
The membership fee
The GenMeds Membership fee is nonrefundable. You can cancel at any time. You can cancel from your Dashboard, or message the Support team and we’ll help. If you cancel, you keep access to your membership until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.

Medication
Medication isn’t included in the membership fee. You pay the pharmacy for it, so medication refunds are handled by the pharmacy. If you’re seeking a medication refund, contact your pharmacy directly.
